The form below
This is the quickest route, because it brings us what we need in order to prepare: type of operator, students travelling in a season, the tools you use today. It is not an automated quote. It is the start of a conversation.
The useful conversation does not start with a product demo. It starts with your enrolments: how you quote a session, where you keep your partner school allotments, how you collect instalments from families, when you find out the margin. Half an hour of that tells us both whether DBJOY is worth your time.
Enquiries go to people who know the study travel trade, not to a switchboard that passes them on. Whichever channel you use, the person answering can talk about course sessions, partner school allotments and the VAT margin scheme.
This is the quickest route, because it brings us what we need in order to prepare: type of operator, students travelling in a season, the tools you use today. It is not an automated quote. It is the start of a conversation.
If you already know what you need, you can skip the presentation stage and ask straight away for the three-month trial, configured on your real partner school rates and your real programmes.
No forced sequence and no sales pressure: if it turns out at the second step that DBJOY is not the right tool for your case, we will say so.
We receive the enquiry and write or call to arrange a first conversation. Its only purpose is to understand which programmes you sell, how many students travel with you, and what you work with today.
The demo is not a tour of screens. We take one of your typical departures — a school group, an individual enrolment on a course, a summer session — and follow it from the enrolment to the margin.
If it makes sense to continue, we open the three-month trial and set up your real partner school rates, accommodation and destinations together. At the end of the three months you decide: no automatic renewal and no lock-in.
There is nothing to prepare. If you do happen to have these details in front of you, though, the first conversation gets far more concrete and saves you a round trip.
The last point carries the most weight. An office that spends Monday reconstructing which families have paid an instalment has a different problem from an office that discovers a session’s margin after the season closes, and the conversation changes accordingly. If you have already looked at other tools, tell us what did not convince you: it is the fastest way to find out whether anything is different here.
Fill in the form with your company details. We use them only to contact you and to prepare a useful conversation: no automatic mailing of sales material unless you ask for it.
If your company is already a customer, the support contacts and the way to raise a report are set out in the service documentation you received at activation. Going through the sales form only makes it slower.
For requests about the processing of personal data, about the controller and processor roles or about exercising your rights, the contact points are given in the privacy policy. The dedicated page explains how DBJOY handles data.
If your question is whether DBJOY connects to a system you already run, write it in the form: the check is done on the real product, in the version you have installed, before any commitment is made.
The details entered in the form are used to contact you and to handle your enquiry. Consent to marketing messages is separate, optional and can be withdrawn at any time: if you do not give it, you receive only the replies concerning your enquiry.
The purposes, the legal bases, the retention periods and the rights you can exercise are set out in the privacy policy. If you are an operator assessing DBJOY in order to handle the personal data of students under 18, the dedicated page explains how that data is treated.
What we do not do matters just as much: the details from the form do not feed lists that are sold or passed to third parties, and you receive no sales material unless you ticked the separate consent. If you write with a single question, we answer it and that is the end of it.
After the form is sent, we get back to the operator for a preliminary conversation: how the company works today, how many departures and students it handles in a season, which tools are already in place. From there both sides decide whether starting the three-month free trial makes sense, and on which perimeter to start. It is an assessment, not a one-way presentation.
A demo answers what the software looks like. The three-month free trial answers whether it works on an operator’s own partner school rates, sessions and groups. Most operators start with a short conversation, see the parts relevant to their own work, and then decide whether to set the trial up on real data rather than on a sample.
The useful things are simple: roughly how many departures and students the company handles in a season, which destinations and main partner schools, what mix of school groups and individual enrolments, and which tools are used today. That is enough for a first conversation about scope, and about whether the free trial should start from quoting or from operations.
