1. Ownership of the website
This website is published and operated by Joy ADV S.n.c., VAT number 08195480960, registered office at Via Vincenzo Monti 32, 20123 Milano. Contact address: info@joyadv.it.
The website serves an informational and commercial purpose: it presents DBJOY, the management software for study travel operators, and lets you ask for information and for a free trial of the product.
2. Intellectual property
The DBJOY software, the DBJOY name, the distinctive signs, the source code, the database structure, the interfaces and the documentation belong to Joy ADV S.n.c. or to their respective rightholders, and are protected by copyright law — in particular Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 and its provisions on the protection of computer programs — as well as by trade mark law and the law on unfair competition.
All content published on this website is protected in the same way: text, headings, module descriptions, schematic illustrations of the interface, graphic elements, page layout, HTML and CSS code.
You may consult the website and make the temporary reproductions that browsing requires. Without the owner’s written authorisation you may not reproduce, translate, adapt, communicate to the public or make available the content, systematically extract it, use it for commercial or competitive purposes, or harvest data from the site by automated means. Hyperlinking to the pages of this website is permitted, provided it creates no confusion about the origin of the content and does not associate the DBJOY name with damaging material.
Access to the software on trial or on subscription transfers no intellectual property right: the rights of use are those set out in the licence agreement signed between the parties.

The content of this website is prepared with care and updated from time to time, but it is informational in nature. The descriptions of DBJOY features describe the product in general terms: the actual configuration, the modules activated and the behaviour of the system at each customer depend on the contract and on the configuration choices agreed.
The legal references on this website — among them the VAT margin scheme for travel agents under Article 74-ter of Presidential Decree 633/1972, the Italian Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 79/2011), Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — are cited to explain which obligations the software is designed to help meet. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional: applying the law correctly remains each operator’s own responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of or the inability to use the information published on this website, nor for interruptions, suspensions or temporary malfunctions of the website itself. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, and the obligations undertaken in contracts signed with customers, remain unaffected.
4. The website is not a contractual offer
The information published on this website, including the descriptions of the product and of the free trial terms, is an invitation to treat. It is neither an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code nor a contractual proposal.
No contract is concluded by filling in the request form on the free trial page: the request is an expression of interest. A contractual relationship arises only from a written agreement signed by the parties, setting out its subject matter, duration, fees and terms.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute relating to the website and its content falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where Joy ADV S.n.c. has its registered office, unless the user qualifies as a consumer, in which case jurisdiction lies with the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile, under Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
